Key responsibilities

• Working on design concepts, participating in brainstorm & idea finding sessions and creative research
• Design development, design of applications, preparing files for production
• Staying up to date with emerging trends in the respective field and using these to make recommendations to Agency
• Working collaboratively with other creative's to deliver art work of the highest quality
• Ensure the assigned responsibilities are delivered:
  to a high standard of quality and timeliness
  in full compliance with the company Quality Policy and the Safety and Security rules and requirements
  in line with any standards and objectives designated in the Employee Performance Management system

Qualifications, experience and skills
Education and certifications

• High School or relevant diploma
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, or similar university programme in the field of visual communication.

Experience and skills

• At least 3-year professional experience in Graphic Design with a proven track record.
• Highly skilled and excellent knowledge of Adobe CS programs (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Excellent knowledge of typography
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Apple Essentials (Keynote, Pages, Numbers)
• Working closely with account and marketing managers

• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong verbal communication skills

• Friendly and collaborative
• Ability to work independently and diligently
• Ability to deal with multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines (Strong time management and organisational skills)
• Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause higher than normal departmental pressure
• A positive attitude, patience and persistence
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or other animation package would be appreciated
• Fluent English speaking and writing (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
• Strong portfolio (and/or website) documenting the expected expertise
